A career in public service.
Yvonne Harper served as policy advisor for the Department of General Services. She is proud to officially announce her candidacy for the Baltimore County Democratic Central Committee, District 10.
She served as strategic advisor to the chief innovation officer and chief procurement officer, providing policy recommendations and analysis for procurement reform initiatives — including the development and implementation of Executive Order 01.01.2024.38 and HB500.
